Anytime you are outdoors, you are at risk for sunburn and
possibly skin cancer. Sunburns are your body’s way of telling you that it has
been exposed to too much direct sunlight. One of the first signs of mild
sunburn is the reddening of the ski. The affected area will feel warm and look
blotchy-pink. To prevent sunburn, always shield yourself from the sun’s
powerful rays by wearing protective clothing, sunglasses, hats and sunscreen with
a rating of at least SPF 15.

accidents. Swimming in a pool, lake, or ocean can prove dangerous and even fatal

dangers.

-Know your limititations and do not exceed them.
